    • “Bonitas” or “the Scheme” means Bonitas Medical Fund, a medical scheme registered in terms of the Medical Schemes Act 131 of 1998.
    • “Personal Information” has the meaning assigned to in in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2014 (POPIA).
    • “Scheme Rules” means the registered rules of Bonitas as amended from time to time.
    • “User” means any person who has access to or uses this Website.
    • “Website” means the Bonitas website accessible via bonitas.co.za and all associated web pages and online services.

 

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    • By accessing or using this Website, the User confirms that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
    • Continued use of the Website constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
